Easter Bunny
1 1/2 oz Marie Brizard Crème de Cacao Brown
1/2 oz Van Hoo vodka
1 shot Teisseire Chocolat Sirop
1 shot Peter Heering Cherry Brandy
Pour the creme de cacao and vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a glass with ice cubes. Float the chocolate sirop and cherry brandy on top. The best way to do this is to pour them into the glass over the back of a spoon.

½ shot Grand Marnier liqueur

1 ¾ shots freshly squeezed orange juiceTop up with Brut champagne (oh alright, you could use Prosecco – see above!)
Pour the ingredients into a chilled flute glass and stir gently. Garnish with an orange twist. This cocktail was created in 1925 at the Ritz Hotel in Paris and was named after the yellow flowering shrub of the same name. The mimosa is in blossom in Italy in particular in March and has become the symbol of the Festa de la Donna (Women’s Day).
