1 shot Stolichnaya Vodka
2 Shots Cranberry Juice
Top up with Bollinger Champagne
Shake vodka and cranberry juice with ice and strain into glass, then top up with Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass. Created in 1999 at Monte's Club, London, and name named after the TV series where Patsy consumed copious amounts of Stoli ans Bolly, darling how could you fail to love this.
